We started our search for a second home in Paradise in March, 2010 and met with Joel to explain what we were looking for. It wasn't even clear to us what we were looking for at the time, but Joel was patient, flexible and good-humored throughout our search. He remained upbeat and pleasant over the next three months, and we never felt any kind of pressure from him... We found our dream home in June, and Joel was knowledgeable about all aspects of the purchase. We were very impressed with his abilities.
